These Love Handles grip in multiple ways. First, each grip features a double-lock, one on the inside, one on the outside. Its easy to secure to the bar without glue.

Second, the contoured shape goes in multiple directions. The ends flare out slightly to make it easy to find the ends by feel. The meat of the grips have two surfaces; a contoured, herringboned shape for the palm and a diamond file for fingertips. In both cases, the surface pattern enhances grip and control.

Third, the rubbery compound used is a super-tacky silicone that grips great in the wet or dry, with bare hands or gloves.
